Among ornithologists, twitching is the habit of accumulating observed species on a personal list. Here a young gentleman gets an introduction to bird-watching in Södertälje. The ducks swimming nearby didn't seem particularly rare but - hey - you've got to start somewhere.

I'm sure the young would-be ornithologist already know much more than me...
With a canal in the vicinity, there will be lots of different feathery types around.
You have to start somewhere.
...and find a personal, empirical approach...
