I like them. Are they just projected coloured lights?
It's a good idea and I really like the effect. You could have fun with that!
The scrapers are presented in different moods from time to time. And yes, it's just projected coloured light. We could do a lot more like this in the city. Alas, those responsible are hesitating for all sorts of reasons.
