The Scottish Play

Here is the Dramaten one of Stockholm's many theatres.

They are putting on Shakespeare's "Scottish Play". I don't know if it is the case in Sweden but it is a superstition in the UK that saying the word "Macbeth" whilst in a theatre is bad luck for the performers. To avoid risking the luck of the actors and performances, Macbeth is commonly referred to as "The Scottish Play".

You can also see here, the top of a tram. More of that later.

The road sign, the tram, the Royal Dramatic Theatre - a multilayered picture.

This particular MacBeth phenomenon is probably a British thing but actors are supposed to be superstitious. No idea whether there's actually any hard evidence to support that.

I like your photo.

I first heard of the MacBeth thing in Blackadder III. Thanks to YouTube we can all enjoy The Scottish Play scene.
