Jeeez.....what is this? A parking nightmare around christmas ?
Well, seven weeks before Christmas but certainly an unpleasant parking experience. My guess is that this is one of the places where the city authorities take cars which have been removed from wherever they shouldn't be. Stolen, lost, forgotten, abandoned - there are many possible reasons.
